ਬਟਾਲਾ : ਗੈਂਗਸਟਰ ਜੱਗੂ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰੀਆ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਚਚੇਰੇ ਭਰਾ ਨੂੰ ਵੀਰਵਾਰ ਦੇਰ ਰਾਤ ਦੋ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ਸਵਾਰ ਹਮਲਾਵਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਗੋਲੀ ਮਾਰ ਕੇ ਹਲਾਕ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਦਾਅਵਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰੀਆ ਦੀ ਮਾਂ ਹਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਜੋ ਬਟਾਲਾ-ਡੇਰਾ ਬਾਬਾ ਨਾਨਕ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਸਥਿਤ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰੀਆ ਦੇ ਜੱਦੀ ਪਿੰਡ ਭਗਵਾਨਪੁਰ ਦੀ ਸਾਬਕਾ ਸਰਪੰਚ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਸ ਦਾ ਭਤੀਜਾ ਕਰਨਵੀਰ ਸਿੰਘ ਬਟਾਲਾ-ਕਾਦੀਆਂ ਰੋਡ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਰਿਹਾਇਸ਼ ਦੇ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਪਣੀ ਐਸਯੂਵੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੈਠੇ ਹੀ ਸਨ ਕਿ ਦੋ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਮੋਟਰਸਾਈਕਲ ‘ਤੇ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ‘ਤੇ ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚਲਾ ਦਿੱਤੀਆਂ।

ਹਮਲਾਵਰ ਗੱਡੀ ਦੇ ਨੇੜੇ ਆਏ ਅਤੇ ਭੱਜਣ ਤੋਂ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਲਗਭਗ 15 ਗੋਲੀਆਂ ਚਲਾਈਆਂ। ਨੇੜੇ ਲੱਗੇ ਸੀਸੀਟੀਵੀ ਕੈਮਰਿਆਂ ਨੇ ਇਸ ਘਟਨਾ ਨੂੰ ਕੈਦ ਕਰ ਲਿਆ। ਸ਼ਹਿਰ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਰੁਝੇਵੇਂ ਵਾਲੇ ਇਲਾਕਿਆਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਇਸ ਸੜਕ ਉਤੇ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਦੀ ਇੱਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਵਾਇਰਲ ਹੋ ਗਈ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਨੇ ਮੁਲਜ਼ਮਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਫੜਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਡੀ ਮੁਹਿੰਮ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤੀ ਹੈ। ਰਾਹਗੀਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਦੋਵਾਂ ਜ਼ਖਮੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਿਵਲ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਪਹੁੰਚਾਇਆ ਤਾਂ ਤੁਰੰਤ ਪੁਲੀਸ ਕੰਟਰੋਲ ਰੂਮ ਨੂੰ ਸੂਚਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ। ਕਰਨਵੀਰ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਜਾਂਦੇ ਸਮੇਂ ਰਸਤੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਦਮ ਤੋੜ ਗਿਆ। ਹਰਜੀਤ ਕੌਰ, ਜਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਡਾਕਟਰਾਂ ਨੇ ਅੰਮ੍ਰਿਤਸਰ ਦੇ ਇੱਕ ਹਸਪਤਾਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਰੈਫਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ, ਦੀ ਵੀ ਰਾਹ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੀ ਮੌਤ ਹੋ ਗਈ।

ਗੋਲੀਬਾਰੀ ਤੋਂ ਕੁਝ ਘੰਟਿਆਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ਪੋਸਟ ਸਾਹਮਣੇ ਆਈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਦਵਿੰਦਰ ਬੰਬੀਹਾ ਗੈਂਗ ਨੇ ਅਪਰਾਧ ਦੀ ਜ਼ਿੰਮੇਵਾਰੀ ਲਈ ਹੈ। ਪੁਲੀਸ ਸੂਤਰਾਂ ਦਾ ਕਹਿਣਾ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਬੰਬੀਹਾ ਦੇ ਅੱਧਾ ਦਰਜਨ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਸਾਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਦੋਸਤ ਹਨ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਕੁਝ ਵਿਦੇਸ਼ ਵਿੱਚ ਰਹਿੰਦੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਕੁਝ ਪੰਜਾਬ ਦੀਆਂ ਜੇਲ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਬੰਦ ਹਨ, ਜੋ ਉਸਦੇ ਗੈਂਗ ਨੂੰ ਚਲਾ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ ਅਤੇ ਸੋਸ਼ਲ ਮੀਡੀਆ ‘ਤੇ ਆਪਣੀਆਂ ਗਤੀਵਿਧੀਆਂ ਨੂੰ ਨਿਯਮਿਤ ਤੌਰ ‘ਤੇ ਅਪਡੇਟ ਕਰ ਰਹੇ ਹਨ।

Brutal Attack on Gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria’s Family Caught on CCTV in Batala

Batala, Punjab – In a chilling incident late Thursday night, gangster Jaggu Bhagwanpuria’s mother, Harjit Kaur, and his cousin, Karanvir Singh, were gunned down by unidentified assailants in Batala. The deadly attack, which occurred near their residence, was captured on CCTV and has since gone viral on social media.

According to police sources, two motorcycle-borne shooters approached their SUV and opened fire, discharging approximately 15 rounds before fleeing the scene. Harjit Kaur, a former sarpanch of Bhagwanpur village, and Karanvir were rushed to the hospital by bystanders. Tragically, both succumbed to their injuries en route—Karanvir died before reaching the hospital, while Harjit was declared dead during a referral to Amritsar.

Shortly after the incident, the Davinder Bambiha gang allegedly claimed responsibility for the killings via a social media post. Authorities suspect the involvement of both jailed and foreign-based members of the gang, who are known to frequently post updates online about their activities.

Punjab Police have launched an intensive investigation and manhunt, with multiple teams deployed to track down the attackers and verify the authenticity of the gang’s claim.
