Bollywood actress Kriti Sanon has been making headlines for her stunning transformation in the upcoming film Cocktail 2. While many fans admired her lean and toned appearance, her fitness journey was not about becoming extremely thin or following unhealthy beauty standards. Instead, the focus was on achieving a strong, athletic, and camera-ready physique while maintaining overall health and natural beauty.

According to her fitness coach Karan Sawhney, Kriti followed a carefully designed fitness and nutrition plan that helped her develop a toned body without aiming for a “size zero” figure. The transformation was achieved through consistent workouts, a disciplined diet, and proper recovery.

Six Days of Dedicated Training

Preparing for a demanding role requires commitment, and Kriti’s routine reflected that dedication. She reportedly trained six days a week, focusing on building strength, improving endurance, and enhancing muscle definition.
