Braj Holi 2026: Full Schedule of Lathmar & Rangon Ki Holi Across Braj Region

Date:

Vibrant Holi Preparations Begin in Braj

The ancient land of Braj, associated with Lord Krishna’s divine pastimes, is gearing up for one of India’s most culturally iconic celebrations — Braj Holi 2026. Far from being a one-day event, Holi here is a multi-week festival marked by unique traditions, music, devotion, and community gatherings across Barsana, Nandgaon, Vrindavan, Mathura, Gokul, Mahavan, Baldev and surrounding towns.

What Makes Braj Holi Special?

Unlike the typical nationwide Holi celebration, Braj Holi blends religion and culture. Each day features a different ritual or occasion, ranging from Laddumar Holi and Lathmar Holi to Phoolon ki Holi and temple festivities, reflecting centuries-old traditions rooted in the lore of Radha–Krishna.
