Mankirt Aulakh Clears the Air on Politics Amid Punjab Flood Relief Efforts

Date:

Punjabi Singer Focused on Humanitarian Work, Not Politics

Popular Punjabi singer Mankirt Aulakh, who has been actively involved in large-scale relief efforts for flood-affected families in Punjab, has addressed growing speculation about his entry into politics. The singer clarified that he is not planning to step into politics and is fully dedicated to his music career and ongoing humanitarian initiatives.

“I Have Nothing to Do With Politics,” Says Aulakh

Amid rising discussions about his political debut, Aulakh firmly stated that his focus is only on his artistic journey and social service.
He expressed:

“I am happy with my career, and everything is going well. Let me continue helping flood victims. What do I have to do with politics?”

Relief Work and Community Support

The political rumours gained momentum as Aulakh emerged as a central figure in Punjab’s flood relief campaigns. On his birthday, he visited Gurdwara Sri Ber Sahib in Sultanpur Lodhi to offer prayers and later donated 10 tractors to the saints of Sarhali to support affected families.

Aulakh has pledged to donate a total of 100 tractors to flood-hit communities. So far, he has already distributed 21 tractors in the latest round, in addition to the 20 tractors donated earlier. Each tractor carries the mark of “Team Mankirt Aulakh”, which initially sparked assumptions about political ambitions.

Focus on Service, Not Politics

By rejecting political rumours, Mankirt Aulakh highlighted that his sole commitment lies in serving people and continuing his career in music. His flood relief contributions have not only brought immense support to struggling families but also reinforced his image as an artist with a strong sense of social responsibility.
