Vivo Launches Two Premium Smartphones in India

Vivo X300 Ultra and Vivo X300 FE have officially launched in India with a strong focus on ZEISS-powered photography, flagship-level performance, and AI-based features. While the X300 Ultra targets professional creators and photography enthusiasts, the X300 FE is designed for users who want a premium flagship experience in a compact body.

Both smartphones come powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processors, large batteries, Android 16-based OriginOS 6, and long-term software support.

Design and Display Comparison

The Vivo X300 FE features a compact 6.31-inch flat AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate and up to 5000 nits brightness. The phone is lightweight and easy to use with one hand, making it ideal for users who prefer compact devices.

On the other hand, the Vivo X300 Ultra comes with a larger 6.82-inch 2K LTPO AMOLED display with 144Hz refresh rate and Ultra XDR support. The phone carries a premium camera-centric design with a large rear camera module inspired by professional cameras.

ZEISS Cameras Are the Biggest Highlight

Photography is the biggest selling point of both smartphones. The Vivo X300 FE offers a 50MP ZEISS primary camera, 50MP telephoto sensor, 8MP ultra-wide camera, and a 50MP front camera. It also supports the ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 accessory.

The Vivo X300 Ultra takes mobile photography to another level with ZEISS triple prime lenses, advanced optical image stabilisation, up to 400mm zoom support, Dolby Vision video recording, and cinematic 4K 120fps video capabilities. The smartphone also includes Vivo’s dedicated VS1+ imaging chip for enhanced photography performance.

Performance, Battery and AI Features

Both devices run on Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chipsets with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The Vivo X300 FE packs a 6500mAh battery with 90W fast charging and 40W wireless charging.

Meanwhile, the Vivo X300 Ultra includes a slightly bigger 6600mAh battery with faster 100W wired charging support. Both smartphones feature AI-powered tools including AI Search, AI Captions, AI editing, and productivity features.

Vivo X300 Ultra vs Vivo X300 FE Price in India

The Vivo X300 FE starts at Rs 79,999 for the 12GB + 256GB variant, while the 12GB + 512GB model costs Rs 89,999.

The Vivo X300 Ultra is priced at Rs 1,59,999 for the 16GB + 512GB variant, placing it in the ultra-premium flagship category.

Which Vivo Smartphone Should You Buy?

The Vivo X300 FE is suitable for most users looking for flagship performance, excellent cameras, portability, and premium design at a relatively lower price.

However, the Vivo X300 Ultra is built for serious mobile photographers, filmmakers, and creators who want DSLR-level camera features inside a smartphone.
