Ludhiana Firing Terror: Armed Gang Storms Ambedkar Nagar House, Fires Gunshots and Vandalizes Property

Shocking Daylight Raid Terrifies Local Residents

An ongoing dispute escalated into extreme violence in Ludhiana’s Dr. Ambedkar Nagar locality as an armed gang carried out a terrifying dual-assault. A mob consisting of nearly 30 armed accomplices forcefully barged into a local residence, opened fire indiscriminately, and extensively vandalized domestic property. The brazen daylight attack left the immediate neighborhood in absolute panic, forcing families to lock themselves indoors. Following a rapid response operational trail, the Model Town Police managed to intercept and arrest two prime suspects heading the destructive syndicate.

Coordinated Twin Assault Strategy Traced Within 24 Hours

According to the official investigation report, the gang executed two coordinated strikes on the complainant’s family within a single day. The first assault occurred during the early hours of the morning at around 3:30 AM, when the armed mob targeted the parental home of a local resident named Chetna. Upon finding the heavy main iron gate securely bolted from the inside, the frustrated attackers repeatedly struck the entrance with sharp-edged weapons. Before fleeing the spot, they smashed several two-wheelers parked out in the open street to trigger widespread fear.

Inflicting Terror on Women and a Five-Month-Old Infant

The gang returned with greater aggression later that afternoon at 5:30 PM, this time storming the residence of Chetna’s in-laws. At the time of the break-in, Chetna was inside the house alongside her elderly mother-in-law and her defenseless five-month-old infant. The attackers smashed open the doors and destroyed everything in sight, including storage almirahs, air conditioners, furniture units, electronic household appliances, and vehicles. To ensure complete subjugation, the criminals fired multiple gunshots inside the rooms before fleeing the chaotic scene.

Two Prime Suspects Nabbed with Extensive Criminal Records

Following a formal First Information Report (FIR) registered on the base complaint of Chetna, the Model Town Police launched a massive search operation. Investigative teams successfully tracked down and apprehended two primary leaders identified as Madhav Chaudhary and Sahil, alias Pagal. Both arrested men are local residents with notorious criminal backgrounds involving multiple violent clashes, group assaults, and unlawful weapons possession. Police confirmed that the targeted violence stemmed directly from an ongoing financial and personal dispute involving the complainant’s brother-in-law.

Massive Manhunt Launched to Track 28 Remaining Accomplices

While the main leadership is in tight custody, the scale of the conspiracy remains large. The police have formally booked a total of 16 named suspects, including Madhav’s brother Vivek Chaudhary, Mukesh Chaudhary, Gaurav, Sumit, Ajay, Shankar, Lucky, Billa, Krishna, Shubham, Sham, Robin, Sam, and Ajay alias Chini. Additionally, a search is actively underway for 15 to 20 unidentified aides who participated in the vandalism. Inspector Gurshinder Kaur, SHO at Model Town Police Station, stated that multiple search modules are executing raids to arrest the remaining fugitives.
