Seizures, tremors, or sudden neurological episodes indicate abnormal brain activity caused by epilepsy, toxin ingestion, or brain trauma. During a seizure, keep your pet safe from sharp objects and head directly to an emergency vet clinic once the shaking stops. Uncharacteristic aggression, whining when touched, or severe restlessness also indicate intense localized pain from fractures, internal organ distress, or snake bites.
