Honda Elevate Facelift Set to Reveal Bold New Look and Upgraded Tech Features

Date:

Honda Cars India is preparing to unveil the refreshed Honda Elevate facelift, bringing significant visual overhauls and feature additions to its popular mid-size SUV segment contender. Originally launched in 2023, the SUV is receiving its first major mid-cycle refresh. Pre-bookings for the updated model have officially opened across authorized dealerships at an initial booking amount of ₹21,000. The updated iteration focuses primarily on enhanced exterior styling, refined cabin acoustics, new convenience tech, and safety upgrades while retaining its reliable mechanical setup.

Bold Exterior Styling with Connected Lighting Elements

The exterior design of the Honda Elevate facelift receives prominent updates aimed at establishing a sharper, more modern road presence. At the front, the SUV features a newly designed front grille complemented by a wide horizontal connected LED light bar that bridges the lighting units. The iconic Honda emblem has been repositioned towards the front tip of the bonnet for a bolder front fascia. Accentuated by fresh chrome detailing above the front grille and a new grey exterior color shade option, the SUV retains its upright SUV stance. At the rear, connected LED tail-lamps elevate the overall aesthetic, while the 17-inch alloy wheels carry subtle finish revisions.

Premium Interior Enhancements and Advanced Convenience Features

Inside the cabin, the Honda Elevate facelift gains a series of premium updates designed to elevate passenger comfort and convenience. The interior layout showcases a lighter color theme across the dashboard, highlighted by white leatherette padding and contrast stitching. Amber ambient lighting strips run across the dashboard and inner door panels, creating a modern ambiance during night drives. Crucially, the SUV introduces a 360-degree surround-view camera system alongside a camera-based Digital Rearview Mirror (IRVM), providing driver visibility during tight parking maneuvers and city navigation.

Reliable Powertrain and Transmission Setup Retained

Mechanically, the updated Honda Elevate continues with its proven petrol powertrain without major changes. Powering the SUV is the familiar 1.5-litre, 4-cylinder naturally aspirated i-VTEC petrol engine that generates 121 bhp of maximum power and 145 Nm of peak torque. Transmission choices remain unchanged, offering a 6-speed manual transmission alongside a CVT automatic transmission equipped with paddle shifters. The SUV will continue to compete against key rivals in the compact SUV space, including the Hyundai Creta, Kia Seltos, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Tata Sierra.
